Wei Ying's all too eager to be disrobed, already slipping into the role of the submissive out of habit. Following Lan Zhan's lead in sexual situations comes so easily to him, especially when his husband starts mouthing a spot on his neck. It doesn't help that he's out of his element here and while that's not enough to make him change his mind, it does make it easier for him to get distracted.
For a few moments, he forgets what he wanted to do entirely, instead basking under his husband's ministrations. Then he remembers and starts working on getting Lan Zhan's robes off, too.
